(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Once you placed the order so kindly calm and wait because your order will take 14-17 days usually so please don't expect your delivery within  4-6 days .

If you want order in 2-3 days so please don't place because your order will deliver to you within 14-15 days and it may vary so kindly have patience.

Note. On our website every product is updated( in-stock or out of stock status in timeline of 10 days) . So maybe the product you had ordered is currently out of stock but in website it's showing in-stock .

its only because that product inventory status will updated after 12 days in (bulk). So after 12 days it will be shown out of stock or in stock from website.

so in this case user have to wait for someday or allow us sometime to revert back that product on our inventory and it may take 10-12 days so please bear with us .

If you're eligible for Refund So Company will only pay you the Amount of Product that you had paid via payment gateway excluding Transaction charge . If company refund your money so it will be only your product price will paid off ( Excluding Transaction charge ). And Company will not refund your transaction charge because it's charged by payment gateway and it's not eligible for refund ( taken by Payment Gateway Automatically).

And after reading this we assume that you had accepted this term of sale and ready for prepaid payment and You will not have any problems in future or you will not move for any legal steps. And if you take any legal steps so you're sole Responsible of it. Because you already accepted it with yourself.

And after Accepting or reading this term of sale if you proceed for Prepaid payment or place an order with Favstore24 then you have to follow our terms and will be bound under our policy and terms .

After placing prepaid order company will take time process and customer have to wait for response and will be bounded with company terms of sale and conditions.

 after reading this or  accepting it (term Of sale) if you proceed for Prepaid payment or place an order so you will not eligible or will not  go for Legal steps or in consumers forum . 

Otherwise company may take legal steps  or will charged or put Penalty on you for  ignoring and Violating term and condition of company and proceed for payment or order after Reading and accepting it. And according to company Act 2013 you will be charged in court under provision of Company term of sale and Policies violations and Disturbing it's Goodwill in market or spreading bad rumours in public . And Company may sue you for Any undisclosed ( USD )amount for violating and ignoring company policies and term  conditions even after   accepting term and condition at the time of placing order.

Consumer will sole Responsible for any legal Clause or any uncertainity.

And After reading this all or accepting term and condition at the time of placing order or completing payment checkout form you will be bounded with our terms and conditions automatically.

on our website it's clearly mentioned there  no money will be refunded if Company is ready to sell or Not deny your Order for Fulfillment . Yes it's may possible that it takes time due to out of stock from Pan india or from our inventory . But definitely We will process your order once we have it in our stock. 

(*And if customer Want it Refund without waiting or got official order cancellation mail from company. So in this case money will be refunded after 60 days from Order Placing Date by Company )

**if you placed order with prepaid payment it means you had accepted Our company term of sale and policies with your own responsibility and after accepting it and if you'are ready to go with this policy of company so company will get freedom of order processing according to availability of inventory and company will have freedom of Processing of order according to its operational terms and clause and if customer will request to cancel order or apply for refund of money so in this case company will complete its refund process in time span of 60  days at last .

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund on your request

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Order Cancellations

Once ordered, the order can not be canceled at any stage. Also if the order is not fulfilable due to any reason then the order placed by the customer will be canceled and the amount used to pay for the order will be directly refunded to the Favstore24 account of the customer. This amount can anytime be used to make new order at the website . Your money is only eligible for Refund when Company Send You official Order cancellation Mail otherwise Your money will not refundable. If Company say you to hold for a time because of Out of stock and if company ensure that they will fulfill your order very soon on this circumstance you have to wait and Your money will not refundable till in case when a company cancelled itself.
